You know whats really bothersome.....when your joking around with a friend and its something that you've always joked around with..nothing meant to be hurtful just joking and they take it to heart.

well, im sorry if i hurt your feelings or annoyed you in anyway and lets leave it at that.

and while we were on the subject of friends, its not like were really good friends or great friends, we are pretty much online friends only and I have plenty of online friends. It would be nice to have actual friends that are supposedly friends that you actually do things with. Not just speak to each other online to every once in awhile. You Actually do things with them. I haven't even seen in person this friend since last october. Thats just strange if you ask me but since you didn't I will shut up now and go watch tv.

New Music I listened to...

The other night a friend of mine told me about myspace. She said I had to check it out because it was kick ass....her exact words. So I went and saw and I signed up. Im a sucker for these types of websites. Don't, well know why but I'm not telling..

Well, so far what I've figured out is that is a blog type space where you rank music. It seems cool so far. Anyways, the reason for my post is....I listed to some music by the Miggs, a song named " perfect" Very nice, I enjoyed it immensely, so I listed to it twice and I know before I go to bed I will listen to it again.

At work we have a snowball fight inside the restaurant. I got Eric to drink mountain dew with dirty snow in it. (I thought he was gonna puke but alas! he didn't) I got several snowballs down the back. BRRRR cold! It was a good time had by all. All 3 of us.

Hubby and I have been having some mind blowing sex lately. YUM!!!

A Thinking Block

Ok, I know we've all heard of "writers block" and we all know what it is. Well, I think that there is a such thing as "thinking block" and I've had it for the last 2 weeks. I just haven't been able to think. at all. just-nothingness. This bothers me. To a very high degree. And to anyone that knows me knows that this is a not so good thing for me. I've always been considered a heavy thinker, notice I didn't say "deep". Yeah, why didn't I say deep thinker. I really could be and you wouldn't know since you don't actually "know me". Since you brought up...who actually KNOWS anyone these days or ever, in history ever. Anyones, back to what I was telling you before I got off on rant. I haven't been able to do any heavy thinking that last couple of weeks and I realized that tonight. It took me awhile but I caught up and realized why I hadn't been to think up anything lately.

So therefore, in conclusion.. I had Thinking Block and back from whence we came. Why go anywhere at all??

midnight run

we went on a midnight run last to get something to eat and we ended up hitting a deer. Luckily, it didn't do any damage to the car. Thank goodness. The last time my husband hit a deer it smashed in the front of the car. It wasn't pretty.

too much of a good thing....

Ok, its been raining since Sunday. Constantly raining, and I mean constantly!! Our yard has pretty much become a swamp. You take a step and the mushy muddy grass just squishes under your shoes. I know that rain is good for everything, but can't too much of a good thing, be bad? or maybe just annoying after awhile. Everything is just so water logged, Im sitting inside and feel that way. I am thankful that its not snow. I had enough of that over the christmas holiday. At least its not extremely cold either. Its been in the 40's. So thats nice but this rain has got to move on to the next block.

Just another year

Well is another year already. Not really a big deal to me...just some more time to pass. We went to Kentucky again this weekend to visit my sister. We took our 2 nieces 14 and 16 years old with us. They had not seen their cousins in a long time so we thought it would be nice to take them with us. Well, we decided that we aren't doing that again. The 14 yr old is a freakin brat! So we aren't doing that again. Their momma can take them next time.

We didn't do anything for new years eve. It just kind of came and went that night. However, Rob did go out with a friend on saturday night and had a few beers. I didn't go because I really didn't feel like going out so I didn't go.

We did watch a very good movie last night. I, Robot with Will Smith. It was actually a very good movie. You should see it. We've been renting movies from Blockbuster online. Very cool way to go! You don't have to leave your house or even wait for a movie to become available to see it. You just go online and pick the movies you want to see and they send them to you 3 at a time. You return them in prepaid envelopes and then they send you another one in your queue. Its really awesome and its only 18 bucks a month. No late fees , nothing!

last day of vacation....

Well, this is the last day of my vacation. I enjoyed everyday that I had off especially the time i spent with my kids.

Rob and I woke up christmas morning and it was freaking cold in the house. I mean cold! So pretty much stayed under the covers. My Dad kept asking if I was going to get up. I told I am up Im up, I'm just not getting out of bed. It was too cold. And besides, it was christmas day everything was closed so there was nothing to but stay in bed and watch tv all day. So I did. It took all day for the house to finally warm up. We watched the American Chopper series on The Discovery Channel all day.

Well, the snowfall started yesterday afternoon and didn't let up until sometime early this morning. We ended up with 12 inches of snow/sleet/freezing rain combination. And if that wasn't bad enough, which actually wasn't that bad, it was a beautiful sight. Anyways, the electricity went out at 1 am this morning. Good thing I like candles as much as I do, so we had some on hand. My dad did have a nice oil lamp also, which puts out some pretty amazing light to wrap christmas presents with. That is what we ended up doing in the oil lamp light until about 4 am. We did consider ourselves lucky since we heat with an oil stove. So we kept fairly warm. I do mean fairly. We made coffee on top of the oil stove and then I put some frozen waffles on it for the kids to eat. The electric was restored around 11:30 this morning. We were all so excited. ITs amazing how something can affect your whole life. Electricity.

We did let the kids go ahead and open the presents. They like everything they got, which i knew they would. Which reminds me.....we got the package from my sister wednesday morning. It was a welcome knock early in the morning from the postal dude.

And now a few words from my youngest son......,

I got a juice box today. It came with little videos. I have TMNT, Dexters laboratory, and Winxs Clue. I watched TMNT today,and I don't like Winxs Clue which I think is for girls, and I hate girl chinzo actions.

Its a MIRACLE!!!

My sister in Ky did exactly what she said she was going to do! I can't believe it!! I'm still in amazement!! I don't know what got into her to get it done but she did! She deserves something special for her special efforts! A nice slap on the back! SMACK!! There ya go sis, job well done.

This amazing thing that she has done. Well, she sent off a christmas package on the day she said she was going to! The guy at the post office even guaranteed that it would get her by Thursday. Well shall see if this comes to pass. (not holding my breath, but hoping anyways).

My daughter has a cold which she has given to her younger brother and myself. I think hubby is getting it too! You know when you wake up with the scratchy throat, stuffy nose, and then the dry coughing starts. I figured I would end up with a cold eventually but it still sucks to be sick. At least I didn't get bronchitis this year...knock on wood.
